Refund Policy

Everything sold on HentaiOnline is digital and delivered at once: Premium starts and credits are added as soon as your USDT or USDC payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Payments are therefore final, with these exceptions:

• Nothing arrived. Your payment was confirmed but your credits or Premium did not show up within an hour: write to [email protected] with the amount and the time you sent it. We find the transaction and either add what you bought or refund it.
• Wrong amount. A payment that matches no order is kept for you, not lost. Write to us and we credit it or send it back.
• Paid twice. A second payment for the same order is refunded in full.
• Our fault. A technical fault on our side kept you from using what you paid for: we refund the unused part or extend your Premium.

Refunds go out in the coin and on the network of the payment (USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Ethereum) to the address it came from, minus the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. Credits already spent and Premium time already used are not refunded, nor are accounts closed for breaking our Terms.

Premium never renews by itself: when its period ends you are simply back on the free plan, with nothing to cancel.
